As Yılmaz Kimya logistics department, we provide service with a total of 15000 m2 closed storage areas on the Anatolian and European sides of Istanbul. We work with a customer satisfaction-oriented service approach in our warehouses equipped with twenty trained logistics personnel and advanced technology. We provide the fastest, safest, and cleanest supply of our customers' orders with our own vehicles in the city and contracted cargo companies outside the city.

We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 as ERP in our warehouses.

Warehouses have specially prepared ventilation systems to ensure a favourable environment. For temperature and humidity measurements, we have temperature and humidity meters in certain places of the warehouses. When the temperature and humidity go out of the reference range, the relevant personnel are informed via e-mail and sms.

Measuring and weighing equipment is calibrated at specified intervals or before use to standards that ensure traceability to international or national measurement standards.

Documents have been prepared and relevant records are kept in order to ensure that the purchased materials are taken to the warehouse, stored and shipped to the customer in order to ensure that the product complies with the conditions within our organisation.

Investigation methods and reporting activities are carried out for problems that may arise after delivery to the customer.

All kinds of loading, stacking, lifting machinery and equipment, fire extinguishing, electricity, generator, lightning rod maintenance are periodically carried out in our warehouses and the results are reported by independent accredited companies.

In addition, the physical structure of our C-type warehouse has been completed to be put into service in 2023.
